There are four basic steps involved.

Below are four pictures detailing how I'd recommend installing bags (balloons) on almost any glass wand or stem.
There are four basic steps involved.
- Install DDave Bag Retaining O-ring on your bag of choice.
- Wet the glass wand/stem and insert into the bag, sliding it also through the O-ring.
- Fold the loose part of the bag opening back over the DDave Bag Retaining O-ring.
- Secure the loose end with your choice of tie wrap, rubber band, etc.
