This DDave Mini Mod Kit, was the best $30 USD that I've spent since buying my new EQ, has really opened my eyes to how much these adapters will not only stretch out my stash, but also save me time, and money in the long run.
It's a fact, that your adapters are revolutionizing how people vape, bring attention, and open people's eyes to how much of their valuable medicine they're wasting by using a vaporizer with stock parts. Your adapters & included accessories (s/s herb loading funnel, beaker/test tube clamps) allow the person to take charge of their machine/vape sessions, and help simplify ease of usage. These 2 DDave adapters in my Mini Mod Kit, make using my EQ much more of a pleasurable experience, enhance the effects from minimal product, and more evenly extracts from the product being used. Couldn't agree with you more, that your Mod Kit allows me to not only use less product, but get way more effect from those minimal amounts, and the accessories help ease of use too!. Today, I cleaned my stock Cyclone Bowl & Elbow Adapter, and will be putting it back in the box to retire it!!.

I highly recommend @DDave's mods specifically the 18mm VaporCooler for anyone looking for a delicious solution to harsh vapor. I was having some initial issues with harshness due to my asthma when I first got my Milaana. If I wasn't careful I was taking much bigger hits than I needed before I realized it because Milaana is so powerful and I'm inexperienced with her.. So I started using it through water, which helped, but I just didn't enjoy it as much. I missed the flavour I was getting from the straight stems and the direct "dance" of coaxing clouds out of my Milaana. DDave's 18 mm VaporCooler has been the perfect addition to my Milaana and solved all my problems.
Not only does it cool the vapour, it also acts as a filter blocking any little particles from getting through your screen! Didn't realize how much that was until I saw how much was building up in the cooler.. It's a more restrictive airpath as well, so I find it a lot easier to get the kind of hits I want without straining my lungs to keep up the airflow over multiple sessions. DDave also hooked me up with 2 smaller tapered stems because I clumsily broke 2 in my first days of ownership. One is 14mm for microdosing with a 18mm-14mm reducer bushing so it can be used in the Milaana, and one 18mm tapered short stem. I love this 18 mm short stem, so much. It uses those nice preformed dome screens so cleaning is a breeze, and it rotates very freely in my heat chamber so I can remove it easily or get even extraction mid draw if I feel it's necessary.. and its tapered so I can get a nice smooth draw from it with good suction; it's just perfect, exactly what I needed. Will definitely be a return customer for my future stem needs! http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/the-rbt-milaana-unregulated-single-18650.18829/page-302#post-1068648 ...and with the @DDave mod you can get comfortably medicated off amounts people brush off their lap if you were rolling a joint
Got my @DDave V3 mod today. That was FAST!!! First 2 runs through were excellent. Vapor was flavorful and was so smooth I killed both bowls in one hit each...I normally flavor chase a bit more. An excellent addition to an excellent vaporizer.

I've been dabbling in this world of micro-dosing lately and have found the Milaana with the Ddave 14mm micro dose stem is PERFECT for a quick micro-dose. Such little herb needed - 2-3 nice rips and move on. I've found that when I only very lightly tamp the herb, I can get a much fatter rip than when tightly packed. This setup has really grown on me the past several days...
I need to give another thanks to @DDave real quick. I realize how often I use his reducer, and it's become much more to me than just a tool to vape or a fun toy to play with. It has become a total life style change when it comes to vaping.
I am going through so little herb, can really hone in on the flavors, and can have precise dosing. My mind thanks you for keeping it sharp and preventing mild over dosing. It not only works as it should, but it teaches modesty and consistency. It helps me place limits on myself as far as how much I vape, and let's me stick to those limits with extreme contentness. The coolness on my throat now cannot be underestimated. No back of the throat hit that makes your eyes tear. If you shed a tear, it's either because of the overwhelming amount of THC in your lungs or your overwhelming happiness using the kit. Again and again, thanks a ton man for working with all of us, and regardless of the vape, giving the customer what they want. Of course, none of this would be possible without RBT so a massive thanks to him too. Portable log is starting to become an understatement. Got my @DDave mod! Was fun testing it out. I'm aware the audio is pretty bad, but it's there for those who want to hear. Online recorders don't do well unfortunately.
The 14mm reducer is a LOT of fun, being able to pack such tiny amounts. Mine isn't a perfect fit, it sits high on the reducer, allowing a little bit of airflow to come in. During use, I could not notice though. The 18mm is the tits. The smaller mouthpiece lets me side-of-the-mouth chillnvape. It seems more casual and is easier on my throat. Flavor seems to be either on par or better than the stock stems, but it's hard to tell. All I know is, it was extremely enjoyable, and it will most likely be replacing my stock stems. Airflow isn't reduced much, still feels totally open, although, my recent grasshopper use has skewed my sensitivity towards airflow because it's significantly more restricted than Milaana, so maybe there is a bigger difference in airflow than I am noticing. More practice to come, of course. The cooling wand is VERY smooth. There is no feedback at all using this unless you use a light, so tread with caution. I, personally would probably prefer to get an 18mm-14mm m2m and use it directly like that instead of with silicon and stems. @DDave If one were to add water...is it spill proof? I think that would be my dream at home setup... I figured it was a dry wand, but if water can be safely added, it would be fun to experiment more Some Pics: http://imgur.com/7CXVV71.jpg http://imgur.com/EzIpeJ3.jpg |
