Stock update eq kits & vapcap custom water wands

Arizer EQ mod Kits: We were unable to reclaim as many DDave Adapters for the Arizer EQ kits as we'd hoped and have now exhausted those reclaimed.  Estimated time of arrival for new stock May 21st.   Then a couple days to check them for quality and that they meet specs and listings should once again be opened.

VapCap Custom Water Wands: Arrival of stock is about a month away.
